The New Nigeria Transformation Framework is a systems-based national development proposition designed to address three interconnected foundations of Nigeria’s long-term transformation:
- Electricity-Led Economic Growth: Treating reliable and widespread electricity as a foundational economic infrastructure because of its extensive backward and forward linkages across virtually every productive sector.
- Structural Youth Empowerment: Creating a permanent national mechanism for financing, developing and scaling the ideas, enterprises and productive capacities of young Nigerians.
- National Cohesion/Mindset Renewal: Building an ethical, responsible, united and purpose-driven citizenry through a structured mindset renewal system, including the Human and Time Innovation Power System (H-TIPS).
The framework is based on a simple proposition:
A nation cannot sustainably transform by changing only one part of its system. It must simultaneously empower its people, power its economy and renew the mindset that governs how its people and leaders use that power.
