Part One: My Eight National Policy Agenda

To advance and pursue legislation to unlock national dividends and penetration such as:

  1. National Youth Development Fund (NYDF) Act: →As an Act of the National Assembly, the National Youth Fund shall be a permanent structural funding vehicle to empower Nigerian youth (18 and above up to 45 years) nationwide in partnership with State/Local Governments with annual budget and financial support and support from Development Partners. The National Youth Fund shall provide structured, long-term support for our teeming youth population through access to finance, mentorship, skills development, and visionary leadership training up to 5 or 7 years. This will move us beyond the current symbolic empowerment schemes that often have little or no lasting impact.

2. Pilgrimage Reform Act → Reallocating hundreds of billions in yearly public pilgrimage funding into the National Youth Development Fund (NYD) for national youth empowerment and national development. The Government must stop wasting our collective resources on state-sponsored pilgrimages. Those who wishes to visit their holy lands should do so with their hard earned money.

3. Federal Road Safety Act Amendment → Introducing one-time lifetime driver’s license issuance until after 60 years of age (except for loss cases), reducing cost & institutional bottlenecks. This is the international best practice.

4. National Unity & Mindset Renewal Act(Novel Approach) → One of Nigeria’s greatest challenges—affecting politics, governance, security, and national development—is the absence of a strong national cohesion and unity system capable of positively shaping how we think, behave, relate to one another, and treat our environment with patriotism and responsibility. Hence, developed by yours sincerely and tested for over 10years, we shall institutionalize the National Unity and Transformation System (NUTS) as regenerative citizenship and leadership doctrine to transform civic behavior, national values, corruption responses and societal ethics- to build ethical leaders and citizenry while establishing national unity.  This is the path to irreversible longterm national transformation.

5. Amendment of the JAMB Act (1978) → To reflect a modern educational system and remove systemic barriers to tertiary access. The yearly JAMB examinations has become an unnecessary burden to indigent Nigerians seeking higher education

6. Reform of the National Orientation Agency (NOA) → Converting it into a global branding institution that exports national values and regenerative civilization philosophy to the world.

7. The Garden Space and Nature Bill → Enforcing modern standards for urban planning, estate development, and garden space obligations for every house or building.

8. Electoral Reform Act (Modernization against 2031)
→ Introducing full electronic voting using NIN/TIN IDs, enabling secure voting via mobile devices and ending violence, rigging, and logistical disenfranchisement.
